Description - Startup and commissioning of HVAC projects. - Follow-up operation & maintenance process of HVAC systems (Absorption Chillers, Cooling towers, pumps, valves, air handling units, fan coil units, MCC and DDC). - Follow-up periodic, preventive and predictive maintenance. - Follow-up maintenance contracts and handles all clients complaints.
Qualifications - Hands on experience - Knowledge about HVAC system is an advantage - Extensive experience for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for mechanical, electrical & electronic systems.

Description Assist the customer (internal or external) to clearly define overall objectives, scope, project deliverables and milestones, and key risk areas. — Document the project scope, project targets/objectives to translate desired business benefits into clear and achievable project deliverables. — Obtain sign-off from clients on project plans and periodically review project updates to ensure agreement between customer and Xceed. — Administer the activities and work of the project team to ensure that project activities are carried out and implemented in line with the agreed project plan and coordinate with the concerned departments to allocate project team members — Implement and execute project plans using appropriate resources ensuring that project objectives are achieved as laid out in the project plan and within the set quality standards. — Regularly generate project status reports and the program schedule, comparing baseline schedules and budgets to actual work completed ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to meet project objectives. — Coordinate and act as the focal point with other functional areas as required by project and Establish project communication plan across all involved functions and stakeholders and follow-up with them to ensure the achievement of project objectives. — Administer appropriate handover procedures to Operation Manager when the project reaches the stability phase ensuring the smooth transition from project to live phase

Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference. — Accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging. — Knowledge of computer/computational science, data analysis, and programming technologies, concepts, and techniques. Understands client server and internet systems architectures. — Demonstrate familiarity with object and component methodology and technology. — Understand advanced relational database concepts. Assists in physical and logical database design. Writes effective stored procedures. — Consulting manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge. — Bolting together existing software products (getting incompatible platforms to work together and creating code to link them).
Qualifications •Min 1 year experience in Developing Web Applications using .Net Technologies (C sharp) on MS SQL server database is a must. •B.Sc. of Computer science , computer engineering , information technology or equivalent is a must. •Previous experience in S/W development is a must •Knowledge of Java , C, Visual C, php, Oracle Database, MySQL is a plus.
