Scope:
End to End Recruitment Activities
Key Responsibilities:
1- Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan
2- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels.
3- Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for work with organization based on JD’s
4- Conducting the initial round of interview & scheduling the short listed candidate for the Mgrs. round of interview.
5- Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed
6- Maintains and encourages good communication within the section, and between the section and other individuals, Sections and departments
7- Put the standard of the JD for all post in the Group
8- Prepares and conducts staff performance evaluations, including communicating and discussing the results with Supervises.
9- Actively seeks new information and opportunities both to improve Job performance and to enhance understanding of the unit and of the Department as a whole
10- Conduct Exit Interview for resigned candidates
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field & HR Diploma is preferable
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in this field
- Extensive experience in recruitment and team leading
- Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English language skills, Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines, Proficient with operating a personal computer and use of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and other required application.
