Job description:

-Works through vendors and contractors to coordinate media placement and printing of various brochures, articles and schedule; coordinates distribution of printed material.
-Attends USAHS events when appropriate.
Participates in brand strategy discussions and collaborates with the creative team to ensure strategic objectives are highlighted and met.
-Analyzes enrollment data to update a program or category portfolio of marketing materials, determine new products and delete under-performing products.
-Work closely with other departments, such as PR, research and development, Alumni, etc. Write reports and specifications, along with creative briefs.
-Be a gatekeeper of the USAHS brand, and consult on the proper use throughout all advertising, promotions, internal publications, marketing, social media presence and any other environment in which the brand appears.
-Develops and coordinates analysis and results of marketing research; implements in-house surveys on university and community wide basis; develops and/or participates with supervisor in development of long range marketing plans.

Requirements:

A Minimum 3 years experience in marketing.
Strong effective communicator.
Knowledge of InDesign preferred.
Highly developed, demonstrated team work skills.
Knowledge of marketing practices and principles.
