Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Description:
• Monitors the proper execution of the approved HR policies and procedures and ensure the full awareness of all employees in the company of the set policies and procedures.
• Directs and follows up the periodic performance appraisal process according to the set policies and procedures, ensures the compliance to the set time frames, reviews and analyzes appraisal results and ensures providing the feedback to direct mangers.
• Manages the implementation of structural changes and employees placements, directs job analysis process ensuring the proper communication with the company departments.
• Set a recruitment plan for Branch based on actual needs of different departments, and coordinates with the concerned departments to identify the selection criteria and the required qualifications.
• Scanning all the applications and resumes, interviewing applicants, evaluate applicant skill and make recommendations regarding applicant's’ qualifications.
• Make all the necessary procedures for the beginning & end of service (contracts, offer letters, job descriptions, performance evaluation, Resignations, Termination, Absents ....).
• Preparing all reports related to salaries and payroll variables (Absents, Penalties Overtime, Bonus, Salary Increase, allowances, gift, etc....).
• Follow the work of medical and social insurance for staff and solve problems related.
• Preparing HR Reports periodically (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to Branch & sent it to the HR Branches Section Head an executive summary about all HR activity

• Job description:
The required candidates should be able to
1- Create schedules and establish baselines by identifying scope and work break down in concert with senior engineer.

4- Illustrates the cash flow diagram and manpower histograms. 5- Prepare drawings and materials lists regarding projects.
6- Monitor actual progress against planned progress and engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement, construction and commissioning status.
7- Update baseline schedule with various types of updating.
8- Prepare daily, weekly reports and EVM reports regarding project status. 9- Review submitted invoices, RFI's and NCR's status.
10- Prepare forecasting, 2 weeks look ahead and updated schedules.
11- Track the materials on site with corresponding to inventory status and delivery notes. 12- Inform the project manager with the triggers of schedule slippage.
13- Capable of preparing and submitting claims regarding time and cost.
14- Assign tasks to project staff with corresponding to the schedule activities.
15- Programming the new tenders' projects that were awarded to the company for the pre-implementation based on the information of the primary study of tender.
• Software skills:
