للعمل بشركة بمدينة نصر 
المهام الوظيفية:
- استقبال الزوار.
- الإشراف على إظهار المكتب بمظهر لائق من حيث النظافة والترتيب.
- مراجعة و اعتماد تنسيق جدول المواعيد و المقابلات
- مراجعة الخطابات و المكاتبات الخاصة بالمدير العام قبل عرضها عليه أو توجيهها للغير.
- التأكد من حفظ و صيانة جميع الملفات الخاصة بالعمل بشكل يضمن سلامتها وسرعة الوصول إليها عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة أعمال استلام البريد و الفاكس الوارد وفهرسة هذه المستندات.
- مراجعة أعمال استلام و إرسال رسائل البريد الالكتروني وفهرسة هذه الرسائل.
- مراجعة أعمال تسجيل البريد الصادر والوارد.
- حضور جميع الاجتماعات و الجلسات.
- مراجعة تنظيم وفهرسة التقارير الداخلية الواردة من الإدارات والأقسام الأخرى تسجيلها في السجلات الخاصة بها.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأجهزة المكتبية والكهربائية في حالة صالحة للعمل باستمرار وطلب مسؤولي الصيانة من داخل الشركة ومن خارجها ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة لجميع الأجهزة المكتبية الموجودة.
- التأكد من توافر جميع الأدوات المكتبية والكتابية.
- كتابه عروض الاسعار وارسالها ومراجعتها.
- متابعه تسليم الاوردرات وحركة المندوبين.
مواعيد العمل من 9ص الي 5 م
الاجازة جمعه فقط
خبرة من 2 الى 5 سنوات
