Web designer job

Note: we are looking for a creative Designer who is willing to be a partner in our freelance working company.

-at least one year experience in web design.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience in photoshop,illustrator and freehand.
Strong experience in flash (action script is a plus).
Strong experience in xhtml and css
java script ,jquery ,ajax is a big plus

Personal Skills :

Ability to work in team work and under deadline pressure.
The ability to effectively present ideas-both verbally and visually.
Excellent communication skills.
