Admin
• Responsible for receiving and distributing work and follow up with the admin coordinator and receptionist.
• Receiving of all POS orders from our branches and executing the documentary cycle on it
• Responsible for sending all documents and samples local and international though different courier ways.
• Monitoring international calls
• Organizing meeting room reservations
• Filling and achieving admin stuff
• Receiving the local and international courier invoices (from head office and branches)
• Following up maintenance need for copiers machines and fax – broken landlines etc
• Admin assistance to all the departments in typing – hotel reservations – purchasing- orders writing.
