Description - Implement and lead Company strategy with guidance of general Manager to meet agreed company objectives. - Develop and implement marketing plans and projects. - Promote company products, Seek and develop marketing opportunities in the community. - Determine, Set and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. - Leading and training other members of the Marketing team. - Support the sales team with successful marketing campaigns. - Evaluate the performance and sales of each theme and generate report on the campaign success. - Evaluate customer research and analyze current market conditions and competitor information. - Manage with department witch Study the market competitors and how to increase the distribution points and make it stronger. - Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. - Organize and implement client relations through client satisfaction surveys and special events. - Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications - Must have experience in marketing field in (retail & distribution). - Preferred MBA holder. - Have the initiatives and able to start a marketing plan/department/strategy to the whole group
