Job Title: Export sales Executive

Duties:
• Execute annual export retail plans & Ensure the achievement and follow up of the monthly and annual sales targets for each market 
• Manage export channels: Follow up on the launching of new Export outlets and ensure Franchisee compliance with branding guidelines.
• Communicate and maintain incentive plans to export outlets through sales logs. 
• Communicate pricing strategies, discounts and promotions to Franchisee.
• Monitor and manage stock and product mix in all export outlets. 
• Guide franchisee staff on brand and new collections.
• Manage Export outlets’ inquiries timely and effectively to facilitate their operations. 
• Prepare buying sheets (purchase order) and execute the buying of collections for each franchisee/market timely
• Monitor shipments and supply of products and packaging to franchisee outlets 
• Ensure timely sales collections and keep track of sales and consignment products
• Receive and analyze traffic and sales reports from Franchisee to keep track and evaluate performance in light of set strategies
Qualification:
- BA (preferably Business administration)
- 5 years experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Excel and decent computer skills
