• Excellent English communication skills
• Troubleshoot with customer and solve internet, land line, IP-TV and mobile problems
• Troubleshoot with the customer network problems, windows problems, router configurations, I-phone and blackberry software issues and inquiries.
• Education Level: 3 years Diploma or above ( IT or technical degree will be preferred. )
