The ideal candidate must have a passion and experience working within a customer service support environment and be able to demonstrate an understanding of telecommunications technology including:
- Broadband (including familiarity with Fibre and ADSL).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Knowledge of WIFI and wireless devices.
- General understanding of communications terms: Router, Modem, Ethernet, DNS, IP Address, Sub-netting.
- SIP, VoIP and PBX.
