• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. • Answer customers questions about products/ services, prices, and product uses. • Recommend products / services to customers, based on customers needs and interests. • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. • Make presentations on services to groups to attract new clients. • Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, and delivery dates. • Evaluate costs and revenue of agreements to determine continued profitability • Direct clients to Operation Department after sales or contract signings in order to provide ongoing support. • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors products, prices, and sales. • Coordinate with other departments.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field. 1-3 years experience in service sales is required. Fluency in English. Computer literacy. Ability to communicate well and work through others. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and self-motivation skills.
