Urgently needed for a multinational company based in 6 October Cairo Egypt a Store Keeper:
*Receive goods from approved suppliers as per approved Company and verify with supplier Invoice / Delivery Note. Liaise with suppliers to fix inbound delivery schedule.
*Process for the goods received, arrange goods systematically in respective racks and other storage areas
*Ensure that all merchandise are tagged and in good packing with individual reference numbers / barcodes.
*Organize stock deliveries to stores as per approved stock requisitions.
*Process system generated transfer notes for each delivery and ensure the acknowledgment by the stock recipient
*Prepare Invoice and Packing List for export requirements
*Liaise with store managers and staffs in-order to ensure the smooth and accurate stock delivery
*Carry out monthly / yearly physical inventory count and investigate variances if anything noted. Report the same to management
*Submit monthly / yearly inventory reports to management
*Maintain and update records for all purchases, transfers and other related activities
*Identify slow moving and dead stock and notify the management of such items
*Report damaged stock position to management to process disposal of the same
*Monitor Expiry dates of F&B goods stored
*Process reorder of stock or alert Retail Manager to process reorder of stock when it is required
*Process Item Master in Inventory system
*Update costs and prices in retail / redemption systems
*Follow Warehouse Health & Safety guidelines strictly
*Maintain the warehouse premise and storage areas neat and organized
Qualfications :
✅8 Years’ experience in Store Keeping
✅Good english
✅Hard Working
✅Customer Service Oriented
✅Flexibility in terms of working hours
Preferably live in these areas: Mohandesin ,zamalik , dokki & 6 october.
