1. Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. 2. Maintains organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. 3. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. 4. Handle his team and provide second level of support, help team with required resources and knowledge. 5. Ensure project is completed within budget and on time. 6. Utilize in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to design and implement secure solutions to meet customer / client needs while protecting the corporations assets. 7. Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements. 8. Develop and implement all IT Policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. 9. Negotiate and administer supplier contracts and service agreements.

Other Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field and six years of work experience in computer systems analysis, design and programming including 2 years in a managerial position. Project management certification is desirable but not required. Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability, may qualify. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. These include sitting for extended periods of time and having the manual dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
