Summary: • Oversee and manage nearly every aspect of the purchasing in the company. • Handles all administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Retain current vendors and suppliers or acquire new ones to match the company’s requirements • Responsible for discussing and negotiating the details with vendors and suppliers. • Create and place purchase orders with the appropriate channels. • Tracking & following up on orders. • In-Charge of the communication with vendors or suppliers for all the after sales issues. • Handle the day to day administrations duties. • Managing the company’s corporate lines. • Responsible for preparing the Logbooks.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline. • 1-2 years of experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Internet researching. • Excellent Interpersonal, Communications and Negotiation skills. • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills. • Excellent command of English Language (spoken and written) is a must. • Ability to perform and accomplish multiple tasks. • Details Oriented & Active. • Ability to Work under Pressure
