J.D:
1-arrange reservation and routing for employees at request of ticket agent.
2-handling ticketing &reservation for employees and customers.
3-telephones customer ticket agent to Advise of changes with travel conveyance or confirm reservation.
4-carry out follow up procedures pertaining of airline tickets. Tour confirmation, booking, reservation etc..
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
-at least 2years experince .
- excellent command in English
-Microsoft skills
-highly skilled in customer service.
