Qualifications o Degree in Business or Engineering o 3+ years in marketing and business development management o Strong leadership skills o Demonstrated experience in developing AND executing successful marketing and business development strategies in early-stage companies o Strong and demonstrated strategic thinking skills o Ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges o Strong negotiation and analytical skills o Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic
