Description Creates electrical schematics, BOMs and drawings related to new custom equipment. Plans and coordinates project schedules including sub-contracted installations. Provides detailed conceptual plans for future systems recommendations including cost estimates, and ROI Calculations. Selects and procures electro-mechanical equipment, materials, components, or systems that meet functional specifications. Develops comprehensive work instructions ” provide training as needed. Manages multiple project schedules within a fast paced product development environment Installs electronic parts and hardware, using soldering equipment & hand tools. Builds complete control cabinets, install din rail, cable routing etc. Designs & configures Ethernet and or wireless system communication structure. Install and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies. Analyzes and recommends solutions to production opportunities and or new equipment needs. Work effectively and collaboratively with others. Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed. Fire Fighting - Installation and maintenance of air conditioning equipment
Qualifications S in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, 10 years’ experience in electro-mechanical system design, development and installation Knowledge of electrical and electronic components Experience creating schematics and related wiring and connections Experience with technical troubleshooting Experience with fabricating, assembling mechanical and/or electrical component assemblies experience with fire fighting systems and resolving its technical issues experience with HVAC systems, technical troubleshooting and operation experience with BMS systems experience with standby generator systems Project management experience Ability to work in a fast paced team environment Strong interpersonal & organizational skills. 2D design experience using autocad Self-motivated and well organize
