For one of the Biggest companies working in Fashion & Retail Seeking HR Generalist
Job Description
• Manage and prepare monthly payroll for employees including overtime, deduction penalties calculations
• Monitor staff attendance and leaves balances according to company policy & Labor Law
• Prepare reports regarding leaves balances, payroll deductions/additions, time permissions and overtime
• Maintain the payroll and time keeping systems
• Maintain employee files and perform necessary documentation (contracts, insurance forms, HR letters, bank accounts creation, labor office forms).
• Assist in delivering HR Orientation Sessions for new hires regarding employees’ rights and benefits package
• Follow up on updating employees’ data on HR system
• Updating -the Medical Services company with any changes of data (new recruits, resigned staff, families subscriptions, medical cards receipt and cancellation).
• Make contracts and contracts’ renewal.
• Provide the company with recruitment needs including searching for the right calibers, handling interviewing and evaluation processes, recommendations, communicating interview results with candidates and extending job offers to accepted calibers.
• Responsible for organizational announcements.
• Assist HR Manager to prepare annual training and development plans for different departments
• Deal with Social Insurance Office for insurance forms entry and exit of staff as well as all social insurance related issues.
• Deal with Labor Office and manage all related issues from the HR prospective.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Job Requirements
• 3-5 experience in the HR Field
• Representative, Very Good Command of English, Managerial and Leadership Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Hard worker, Ability to work under stress, Self-motivated, Dedicated, Committed, Well organized
• prefer resident at Misr El Gadida or Nasr City
• Able to start from 20/7/2015
