Job title: Retail Advisor
Reporting to: Store Manager 
Location: Maadi 
Responsibilities: 
- Welcome new customers, sell company products to the incoming valuable customers and represent company image in front of different kinds of customers.
Job Duties: 
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
- Provide customers with ongoing technical support.
- Advise customers on product usage to improve production.

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor degree in any discipline 
- 1 – 2 years of experience
