3. Follow-ups the interview s’ results and represents comments on any invalid results.
4. Keeps the different data tracking sheets updated and furnished
5. Uses our current sources for recruiting and maximizes the benefit from it.
6. Finds new recruiting sources, stay updated with the new recruiting trends and methodologies.
7. Represents reports to the senior sourcing specialist (monthly, quarterly, mid-annually, and annually about sourcing and recruiting activities/status).
8. Suggests solutions and ideas about HR different processes fine-tuning
8. Executes any additional tasks asked to do by the H.R department
