• Screening CVs and handle face-to-face interviews. (Competency Based Interviews)
• Referring candidates for interviews with other organizations and get their feedback, then follow up the hiring process
• Writing job advertising in various media channels.
• Head Hunting for potential candidates
• Collaborating with the clients in order to fully understand their recruitment process and needs
• Calling clients to update their recruitment needs
• Qualifications required:
• Bachelor Degree in Any field + HRM certificate is a mus
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
