Manage and supervise the overall financial Department & Coordinate with the CFO on the following: a. Budget development and conformity b. Financial Reporting c. Treasury Management d. best practices in accounting and financial controlling e. Conformity to financial division policies and procedures a. involved in the budgeting, Business Forecasting and interpretation of financial results process b. Participate in detailed analysis of past data, current strategies future forecasts and key business drivers to address related assumptions. c. Coordinate Business planning (medium term and long term plans). d. Proactively understand and manage market trends/fluctuations f. Strategic management of profit. a. Formulating financial policy and systems. b. Engage with the CFO in the financial management matters of business units. d. Be engaged with the CFO in measuring financial risks and rewards. e. Analyze working capital requirements on an ongoing basis and effectively monitor & manage the fund flow with related interest costs. f. Monitor and assess, group wide bank credit facilities. a. Supports the CFO in leading the Account and Finance team. b. Ensuring the operation of a well-controlled accounting/reporting system. c. Ensures preparation and adherence to financial division policies and procedures. d. Ensure the organization meets all related requirements, compliance with the international accounting and reporting standards. 6. Corporate & Strategy Planning a. Assists the CFO in development of financial strategy 7. Administers the performance evaluation process for subordinate
Qualifications Excellent verbal & written English communication. • Excellent numerical reasoning abilities. • Excellent MS Office skills. • ERP systems knowledge. • Leadership skills. • An analytical approach to problem solving • Multitasking abilities. • Cost-conscious approach to deployment of resources. • Negotiation and persuading skills. • Cross cultural awareness. • Excellent Accounting and auditing knowledge.
