 •Responsible for all related work permit procedures and issues regular reports as required. •Creates, maintains and updates personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor and University laws. •Dealing with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices…etc. •Responsible for all related staff social insurance procedures and issues regular reports as required. •Creates, maintains and updates staff records on the HR data base and issues regular reports as required. •Follow up on the staff attendance to update absence data base, reporting staff absence to payroll and line managers as appropriate. •Assists in the update and completion of filing system for personnel records in accordance with policies and procedures. •Establishes and maintains all needed documents for insurance programs.
Qualifications -A University Degree in a related field, (preference human resources major). -Human Resources Diploma is an asset. -One to Three years of experience as a Personnel Coordinator in a related field.
