Recording and updating staff leaves. Attendance Sheet Administration. Collect and update employee information on Menapay and other personnel data worksheets. Oversee filling employees’ documents. Correspondence with the Clinic for issuing and cancelling medical cards for subscribers. Keeping the medical records updated in liaison with the clinic. Provide Cover for HR officer during her absence. Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination: -CIB Bank account Opening -Issuing Zewail City personal ID in liaison with the IT department. - Preparing forms for the social insurance (FORMS 1,6,2) - Creating an E-mail Account. Perform queries and extract reports from personnel HRS. Responds to and communicates with employees HR related inquiries. Setting interviews appointments. Issuing all types of HR letters. Business Card Request Validation. Overtime Calculation. Perform other HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications 1 – 2 years HR experience is a must. HR diploma is preferred.
