Description 1.Ensures timely & accurate booking for vendor invoices and expense vouchers. 2.Ensures timely & accurate payments vendor invoices and expense vouchers. 3.Ensures timely & accurate accruals booking. 4.Follow up vendors advances & debit balances if exists. 5.Prepare Vendor AP Aging Report. 6.Approving Payments according to its payment term . 7.Reviewing Vendor Reconciliation & Get Balance Confirmation on all Vendor. 8.Match GR/IR FI Balances with MM Balances. 9.Reconciling GI/IR Reports. 10.Check All Drop Shipment Orders and ensure all Orders Invoiced by Vendors are Invoiced To Customers. 11. Analyzes, resolves and answers complex or difficult problems presented by Accounts Payable Team. 12.Leads and directs the work of Accounts Payable Team. 13.SAP knowledge is an assets , ERP knowledge is a must . 14.Hands on , hard worker , good communications skills with internal and external parties, team leader capabilities .
Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred Seven or more years of accounting experience One or more years of leadership experience included Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software Must have large ERP AP system experience, as well as 1099 filing experience Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, clients, and upper management Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good presentation skills for educating internal clients on accounting principles Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
