• Collect recruitment requirements and needs from department’s managers. • Perform the search in accordance with the required qualifications, job descriptions and specifications. • Screen, attract, assess candidates using tools and achieve operational delivery of the annual recruitment targets. • Conduct phone screening, initial face to face interviews for the applicable candidates. Assist in selection process. • Prepare the job offer for the accepted caliber and negotiate it if required. • Follow up with the other departments to prepare the working tools and environment for the new employees. • Record and revise the data of the new employees. • Handle medical claims. • Handle employees inquiries and complains. • Update and insure that all company policies are applied. • Update Organization Chart. • Responsible for all internal communications. • Handle Training Process. • Manage the performance appraisal process. • Other Assigned Tasks.
Qualifications High University Degree. Post Graduate study in HR will be preferred. Experience 3 years in HR is required. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to work under pressure.
