Description Product, inventories and their marketing: —Sets seasonal and annual comprehensive merchandise plans that ensure highest sell-through and lowest EOS inventories as well as monthly targets. Places seasonal orders according to OTB budget reached in merchandise plan, follows up on timely deliveries and pricing. —Launches waves of seasonal collections by implementing distribution plans to send out received product to all stores & recall obsolete product back to WH or outlet stores. Implements ongoing and timely replenishment of sales and consolidation of inventories. —Monitors defects & customer complaint. Claims from franchisor cost of defects resulting from manufacturing and/or material imperfections. —Implements VM plans including store seasonal visual changes and in store printed marketing material as well as staff uniform. Assures all packaging material is well stocked at all times. —Closely monitors sales of individual styles to take timely reordering or mark-down actions. —Sets and implements promotions & ESS mark-down plans. Sets and implements advertising plans. —Follows up on competition activities and acts accordingly whenever needed. Expansion & development of existing stores: —Aims at expanding the brand to ensure a higher market share thus increasing profit and sales. —Works with real estate companies and agents to identify best locations for new stores or relocation of existing stores within malls. —Follows up on store design and fit-out to ensure timely opening of new stores. —Ensures ongoing maintenance of existing stores & follows up on plans to renovate existing stores. Relations with Franchisor: —Adheres to all franchisors instructions and abides by all franchise contract stipulations. —Maintains good relations with franchisor management and staff —Reports to franchisor in a timely manner and according to the franchisors requirements. —Receives franchisors visiting delegations and accompanies throughout the visit.
Qualifications 3-5 Years of Experience in Fashion or Cosmetics. Bachelor degree in any discipline.
